Building a new home is about bringing dreams to life. And, because all dreams are different, you want the opposite of a cookie-cutter approach.

Build Process

You are most welcome to contact Bomitali Constructions as soon as you’ve secured your block of land. Depending on your requirements, we can refer you to either a draftsman or an architect to design your dream home.

Once complete, your plans come to us for a free, detailed quote. We’ll schedule a meeting to go over the quote, answering all your questions and making any desired adjustments.

Once you’re satisfied with the quote, we set a start date and provide you with a list of products to pick out ready for the build.

While you make your selections, we will be busy behind the scenes preparing your building permit and other documentation. You can expect to hear from us regularly between now and the start of your build – we pride ourselves on ongoing communication.

The fun really begins once building starts, and the process flows smoothly because all our trades are ready and organised.

We try to have owners through at least once a week throughout the build, and are happy to discuss and implement any suggestions or changes. This is the beauty of working with a small, expert team like Bomitali Constructions.

At completion, owners walk into their spotless new home with every detail completed to the highest standard. It’s what we’d want in our own homes, and it’s certainly what we promise to deliver for you!
