At Bomitali Constructions, we combine extensive experience with older homes with quality construction expertise to deliver transformative renovations and extensions. We understand each project is unique and, within Ballarat, often impacted by heritage overlay requirements. We will work closely with you to get the most out of your space, improving lifestyle, liveability and sustainability.

Typical projects range from complete home renovations, adding rooms and remodelling bathrooms and kitchens to smaller jobs including stairs, robes, timber floors and concrete benchtops.

Renovations and Extensions Process

If you’re thinking about updating or extending your home, we are happy to be involved early in the process. Alex and Michael can guide you in the right direction, referring you to an appropriate draftsman or architect for designs.

Once complete, your plans come to us for a free, detailed quote including everything from restumping to driveway installation. We cover it all, removing any uncertainty from the equation.

We’ll then schedule to go over the quote, answering all your question and making any desired adjustments. Once you’re satisfied, we set a job start date and – depending on the project – provide you with a list of products to pick out.

While you make your selections, we’ll be busy behind the scenes preparing permits and documentation. You can expect to hear from us regularly between now and the start of your project – we pride ourselves on ongoing communication.

The fun really starts when the project begins, and the process flows smoothly because all our trades are ready and organised.

We try to take owners through the project at least once a week, and are happy to discuss and implement any suggestions changes. This is the beauty of working with a small, expert team like Bomitali Constructions.
